Inside Patagonia as an intermediary and on behalf of our members, declare explicitly that act between customers and providers of services such as transport companies, hotels, B & B, Hostels, airlines, tour operators, wholesalers and agencies trip.
All the responsibility in the fulfillment of the offered services is responsible of the institution that gives the services. Inside Patagonia it`s not responsible and disclaim all liability for delays, strikes, terrorist attacks, earthquakes, epidemics, war, or any force majeure or any loss, damage, accident or irregularity which may occur during services to passengers and their belongings. Also been exempted from any damage by modification or delay by the airlines or service providers.

Check in and Checkout is subject to availability, registration usually takes place between noon and 15:00 pm and departing between 11:00 am or noon.
Rates include taxes based on single or double occupancy. Extra charges per person vary depending on hotel. It supports up to four people per room including children. Vary depending on hotel occupancy and room type. (Not applicable to cottages)
The person whose name appears on the hotel reservation will be the only one authorized to do the registration (check-in) with it. At the time of check-in must present valid official photo identification. The minimum to do the registration (check-in) of the room is 18 years.
Is the sole responsibility of the passenger having the necessary passports and visas.
To book multiple rooms must be used different names. They cannot appear two rooms under the same name during the same dates.
Inside Patagonia reserves the right to confirm a hotel of equal or higher grade in the course if the hotel requested is not available.
Inside Patagonia is not responsible for changes in hotel due to overbooking of hotels. Be allocated a hotel of equal or greater category.
Inside Patagonia reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the itineraries published if force majeure or circumstances forced him to it for better safety and compliance of the activities planned or contracted services.

POLICIES OF AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:
Cancellations, amendments and requests for reimbursements should be made in writing and include all relevant information and will receive immediate attention during business hours.
For packages Normal cancellation policy is as follows:
* If a cancellation is received until and including 20 days before the Tour start date, the deposit for the trip is reimbursed after discounting administrative costs that apply to USD 100 or equivalent in CLP.
* If a cancellation is received between 19 and 10 days before date of arrival, refund is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost, provided that this cost is greater than the administrative costs. Otherwise, conduct the collection of $ 100 or equivalent in CLP.
* If a cancellation is received within less than 10 days before the commencement of the Tour, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 100% of the total cost.
* No reimbursement will be made if the cancellation is received less than 10 days before date of arrival, in case of non-presentation of (the) passenger (s) or in case of cancellation during the trip.
The all amount of the Tour must be paid 10 days before the date of commencement of the tour.
The tour is free to use any type of transportation to services if it`s not specified at time of booking.
Luggage is total and absolute responsibility of the passenger. Due to space limitations are not allowed more than two pieces of luggage per passenger. If excess baggage Inside Patagonia is not responsible for the consequences that this may cause.
For Special Package (Easter, Christmas, New Year, Last minute, etc ...) the cancellation policy is as follows:
*The full amount of Payments must be made at least five days before the start of the Tour
* If a cancellation is received until and including 10 days before the Tour start date will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the price.
* If a cancellation is received within less than 10 days before the date of commencement of the Tour, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 100% of the total cost.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Each person will have to travel with your own travel insurance, to implement the coverage of their choice. Inside Patagonia as an intermediary is not responsible for accidents, theft or robbery, or any casualty during the execution of the contracted tour. The recruitment of the tour is a recognition and customer acceptance of the terms and conditions.
